HUJAMBO! Follow me on my 4 month journey through Northern Tanzania. I'm studying abroad for a semester with the SIT (School for International Training) program called Wildlife Conservation and Political Ecology. My adventure will include 33 days of tent camping, a 3-week home stay in Bangata, a 1-week home stay in Maasai, a 13 day safari, and hopefully a climb up Mt. Kilimanjaro.

Decided to do Kili!
Climbing Mt. Kilimanjaro tomorrow! It's a 5 day trip along the hut route. So I will certainly be updating after the hike. Let's hope I make it to the summit! Pics and stories coming soon.
